Processing Time
We do our best to process orders 1-3 business days from purchase. These times may vary for some products and custom orders, as indicated in specific product descriptions. If we have any concerns regarding processing time on an order, you will be contacted via the email provided at checkout.
Shipping Time
All orders are shipped via USPS first-class mail, unless an upgrade is selected. USPS deliveries typically arrive within 4-7 days, although delays or interruptions may occur during high-traffic seasons. Returns & Exchanges
You may return an unopened/unused items within 14 days or receipt to receive a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable and customer is responsible for cost of shipping return. If item arrives damaged, please email hello@mazapanpaperco.com with a description and pictures of damage and we will happily replace it.
